Melodramatic? Yeah, maybe a little. Important and relevant? Yep.
As a former teacher and a very proud resident of our area, I think this is something we need to talk about. How do we encourage our upcoming best and brightest to stay in MC, raise families and improve the quality of life for all of us? Clearly, this will not be a one post topic, Techies. There are too many pieces to talk about, too many obstacles to identify and overcome...But, like everything else in Life, if you want it, you gotta WORK.
